The Great Battle of Okefenokke

Thursday, May 7th, 2009

Hello, friends. Pterry here. Today I finally took a break from building the gyro-copter to work on my battle skills! Rexxy could hardly believe I even left the lab! I took a trip up to the Croc Peninsula and entered the Great Battle Field of Okefenokke.

Of course, I was greeted by the island’s masters who were ready to battle. Eureka-saurus, are they scary or what?! And they put up a big fight too! I had to battle 4 guards before I got to the one and only…. MASTER FANG! Yikes! They don’t call him a master for nothing – he is 6.758 times my height! Luckily, his downfall is his short arms (he must be Rexxy’s cousin). He had a hard time reaching me because I was quicker and smarter, so I was able to bob and weave out of his short grasp, all while giving him a few whips with my tail.
I was able to defeat all 4 guards AND Master Fang, and I was only knocked down 2.7589 times (that last time was more of a stumble, than a fall). Check out the photos from my epic battle!:

I was a little tired after the big fight, so I headed over to play a relaxing game of Hit The Croc. I built the croc-hitting mallet with wood I found around the island, and it worked like a charm. Those crocs were popping up like volcano rocks during an eruption! With a bonk here and a smack there, those crocs learned why a petrified wood mallet is the best! Here is a fun photo of a couple crocs that got a good bop on their lumpy heads.

Time for me to get back to the lab! See you around the island!
