Happy Halloween everyone! We at Webosaurs would like to thank you for making WeboFest the best celebration we’ve ever had in Webosaurs. Dinos came from near and far to party and play around the island over the last 10 days. Also, a special thanks to Denliner who first suggested the idea on the forums

We’ve had all kinds of parties, introduced the WeboFest theme song (created by Caden) and had our fan art posted to the home page. Everyone has been loving the extra coins and free items given out over WeboFest and we’ve really had a great time all around.

Our first ever Weboween party - it was a blast

WeboFest was capped off last night with a crazy Weboween party featuring all of the Webosaurs characters in addition to special guests like PrimaryGames, Mimo, Chrisdog, Trey and BetaOmer. There were also plenty of Modosaurs on hand to party with! It was a great time and everyone who came will be receiving the last Halloween items soon!

As WeboFest begins to come to a close, we’re offering up one last little competition that will last over the weekend. Throughout the fest we have been giving away all kinds of free items and now is the time to put them to use! Make a comment to this post to sign up for the WeboFest cave competition. Winners will be posted Monday.

The theme is obviously Halloween! Spook out your caves any way you can. In the past we had done 1st, 2nd and 3rd but are changing this because of the new member’s caves. Now we will have a winner and runner-up for members and non-members. This means we’ll have a total of 4 winning caves now! Enter today for your chance to win some coins and a best cave banner.

Some of you probably saw this coming but tonight’s secret party was with Rexxy! However, unlike any of the other parties, Rexxy decided to take the party crew on an adventure all around the island! Everyone met at the Gushing Geyser and went from there! Rexxy himself sent me some pictures, so instead of describing it to you why don’t we just show those?

We’ve gone through 3 secret parties this week and there is only one left! In case you didn’t already know, our party tonight starts at 18:00 WST. We’ll be meeting in the Gushing Geyser on the Jurassic server. I wonder what kind of mischief we’ll be getting into tonight?

Speaking of mischief… who is ready for tomorrow’s Weboween celebration?? We’re going all out and throwing the party of the year!

Primary Games, Mimo and Trey have all been confirmed guests at this extravaganza. I wonder who else is going to show up? Meet us at the Forest Floor in the Jurassic server at 17:00 WST for the PARTY OF A LIFETIME on October 30th!

Big and lovable - Also extremely powerful - Supersaurus

Q: What was the strongest dinosaur? – Nosey

A: Great question Nosey! Horns like to strut around the island bragging that he’s the strongest, but the honors go a different kind of dinosaur. The jury is still out on this one because we don’t have any preserved muscle tissue from dinosaurs, making it more difficult to determine which one was the strongest. Scientists generally agree that the biggest dinosaur would have been the strongest (dinosaurs are considered to be muscular by nature).

This means the award would probably go to Supersaurus, who stood about 108-112ft (33-34m) long and weighed about 35 to 40 tons. This lumbering giant roamed the earth around 145-161 million years ago in the Late Jurassic. Originally known from only a few bones here and there, we are finally getting better specimens to re-construct this monstrous lizard.

Don’t think he looks that strong? Try standing under him. Next time Horns and Stretch are going head to head, keep in mind that Stretch is just a nice dude.

Last night we had “Cooking with Horns.” I wonder what tonight’s secret WeboFest party will bring us? There is only one way to find out!

Horns and the gang serving up some tasty treats

It was another great night of WeboFest tonight when HORNS showed up at the Camposaurus Tent for the secret party. Turns out that Horns had an empty stomach and wanted to spend the evening cooking! Cooking with Horns was a total blast and everyone busted out their chef hats to prepare some tasty treats.

Everything was going fine until Horns got impatient, opened a can of beans and gobbled it only to rip a loud, smelly toot moments later. It was all good though when everyone whipped up a tasty pie to pass around and share.

After the fun in the kitchen everyone bolted to the Tonto Plateau where the rest of the evening was spent playing Demo Derby, Dance Party or barfing on the big tub of candy.

When the member’s caves came out I suggested that it was only a matter of time until someone invented a game of WeboBall. Less than a week later our good friend Destructor has risen to the occasion!
