You’ve asked for it and now it’s happening. This week’s Game of the Week is none other than the crazy destruction of Demolition Derby. Hop in your best derby car to destroy your friends. If ramming them isn’t enough, fire off with your machine gun or drop some bombs on a fool!

You can find Demolition Derby on the right side of the Tonto Plateau. If you need a break from getting blown up you can always shake a leg across the way at Dance Party. Oh yeah, and Demolition Derby usually gives out a lot of coins as it is. This week it should giving out a whole lot more.

Thursday Webosaurs is celebrating video games day with an awesome arcade party. We know how much dinos love to play games, so this week we’re challenging everyone to a gaming cave contest!

Be creative and decorate your cave in the theme of your favorite game. Whether you prefer showing off your strength in power lifting or your mad skills at dance party, we want to see your cave! Our judges will be visiting caves this Sunday to find the biggest gamers on Webosaurs. The best of the best will win a banner for their cave and be featured here in the blog.

Vine Swinging will test your nerve as your make your way across the Soggy Bottom Swamp in one of the most dangerous games on the Island. It’s Monday and that means it’s time for another Game of the Week! After asking around to a few dinos I got word that Hit the Crocs would make a fantastic GOTW so starting now we are seriously beefing up the coins!!

Head to the Croc Peninsula to get in on this awesome game where you SMASH crocs in the head with a mallet! Sounds too violent? Nah, think of what the croc would do if you didn’t get to it first! Put those slimy lizards in their place and win some major coins!

Now this is a Game of the Week to be excited about! We asked on Twitter what it should be and decided that Matterhorn’s Big Air would be a great game!

Take your Webosaurs on a crazy snowboarding game by busting out fat backflips, 360s and whatever else you can bust out on the mountain. The title is no joke, you’ll catch some big air on this game in Webo Ridge. Find it to the right of the Lizard Lounge in Webo Ridge.

With all games of the week it will be giving out a ton of coins so don’t forget to give it a shot. Catch some Big Air, SnowDinos!

Rexxy throwing down at the last game party

Rexxy is getting antsy for some more hardcore gaming, you know how he rolls. This Sunday he’ll be taking everyone on a tour around the island, stopping at all the multiplayer games and playing until we just can’t stop. Are you better than Rexxy at the Webosaurs games? If you think you are this will be your chance to prove it.

Party will start at 12:00 WST at the Gushing Geyser in the Jurassic server. He’ll be taking off for the games about 5 or 10 minutes after the party starts. If you show up late, don’t worry. The Modosaur on duty will be able to direct you to where Rexxy and the rest of the gang are. Can’t wait to see you guys there!

It’s winter in Webosaurs and all kinds of exciting things are going down! We’re giving out discounts on memberships, launched Jungle Beach, had winter scavenger hunts and now we’re about to have some more parties! Here is the schedule for the upcoming week:

Comedy Night at the Lizard Lounge

Friday – December 11th – 17:30 WST – Jurassic Server

It’s time yet again for another hilariously awesome Comedy Night at the Lizard Lounge! Each dino will get a chance to get up on stage and tell one joke to the rest of the crowd. After all the laughs are over our guest judges will pick the three funniest and they will earn cheesy trophies! It’s not all about the winners though, Comedy Night is one of the most fun times to be had in Webosaurs. [Holiday/Winter themed jokes please]

Horns, Rexxy, Pterry and Stretch at the Bluggin’ Beach Bunker

Saturday – December 12th – 12:00 WST – Jurassic Server

One of the cool new features we released with Jungle Beach was the addition of the member’s only VIP room. Recently renamed the “Bluggin’ Beach Bunker,” we’re putting this room to full use as we host our first ever member’s only party. All four Webosaurs characters will be on hand for the Grand Opening of the Bluggin’ Beach Bunker. This party is gonna rock!

Pterry and Horns aren’t the only ones prepping for Demo Derby! Get ready to gear up for some rounds of our favorite destructive game when Chrisdog visits the island on Friday. Everyone will be meeting at 17:30 WST in the Tonto Plateau on the Jurassic server to hang out with Chrisdog and bash some vehicles.

Even cooler, we’ll be giving away a one of a kind special Chrisdog Demo Derby cave item to everyone who comes to the party. Come to hang, come to play and come for the special item. We’ll be hanging out anyways so might as well stop by!

Hey gang! Powerlifting Pandemonium is happening tomorrow (Saturday) at 12:00 WST. We only have room for 8 teams in the tourney and we’ve got 8 signed up for the event! Don’t worry though, if you didn’t get on a team be sure to come anyways. Sometimes players don’t show up and a team will need some backup! Here are the teams that are registered for the tournament:

We hear that you guys have been wanting another game tournament so here it is! We’re throwing a Patagonian Powerlifting tournament this Saturday at 12:00 WST.

Another chance to win a Volcano Trophy!

Here’s how it is going to work. There is a limited amount of space for the tournament. We will be taking a total of 8 teams with 3 members each. There are three rounds in the tournament, and a team member can only compete in one round. So the two teams that reach the finals will be using all three members. It’s up to the team to decide who will compete in what round.

Once you have figured out your teams, each person needs to post a comment to this post with their team name. As soon as everyone in your team has posted a comment with the team name, you will be entered in the competition. We will take the first 8 teams to register. If someone falls through by gametime, you can use a substitute.

We will be meeting in the Croc Peninsula Treefort at 12:00 WST this Saturday (November 7th, Triassic server).
